Built by operators. Powered by technology.
100+ years of building companies. One platform.
Acceler8 Ventures is new. Our team isn't. We've founded companies, led turnarounds, built platforms at scale, and deployed AI in regulated industries. We created Acceler8 to bring everything we've learned into one operating model so business owners and founders don't have to figure it out alone.
Acceler8 Ventures is an operator-led business building platform with 100+ years of combined experience across operations, technology, finance, and law. Our team has founded companies, led turnarounds, and conducted due diligence on 300+ businesses.
We built this because we've lived it.
Most business owners don't think about what their company is worth until someone asks to buy it. By then, it's usually too late to fix the things that suppress the price. We believe in building exit-ready businesses from day one: real systems, real teams, real financial visibility. Not because every business needs to sell tomorrow, but because the things that make a business sellable are the same things that make it run well.
We've also seen what happens when businesses don't get the operational help they need. Great products die inside broken companies. Valuable businesses sell for a fraction of their worth because the owner never built the systems to make them transferable.
Acceler8 exists to change that. Not as consultants who hand you a plan, but as operators who build alongside you, installing real systems, real teams, and real technology, including AI that works inside your business, not just on a slide deck.
Built from the operator's seat
We don't just fix businesses. We've built them from scratch. Our founder has spent two decades as an operator, building companies in energy, water technology, and advanced manufacturing. First-of-their-kind technology development. International expansion across multiple continents. Successful transitions. We've lived the operator's seat. That's why we work differently than consultants.
Meet the team
Meetesh Patel
Founder & Managing Director
Meetesh Patel is a business architect and turnaround operator who works at the intersection of strategy, execution, and structural transformation.
He is the Founder of Consilium Law, where he serves as Outside General Counsel to founders, CEOs, and growth-stage businesses operating in complex and high-stakes environments. He is also the Founder & Managing Director of Acceler8 Ventures, a business building and value creation platform focused on designing, modernizing, scaling, and exiting companies.
Through Acceler8 Ventures, Meetesh works hands-on inside companies to build stronger, more scalable, and more professionally run businesses. His work focuses on installing operating systems, modernizing technology and processes, building leadership teams, removing founder dependency, and improving execution and performance.
Through Consilium Law, Meetesh advises leadership teams as a practical, business-minded legal partner. This legal work is separate and distinct from his business building activities at Acceler8 Ventures.
Over the past two decades, Meetesh has founded, led, and transitioned companies across technology, energy, infrastructure, and professional services. This includes leading first-of-their-kind technology development from idea through prototype validation, co-founding an early-stage investment firm, and leading international expansion across Europe, Asia, and Africa.
What differentiates this approach is that we've lived the operator's seat. Building companies from concept to market, managing risk when the consequences were real, and understanding the tradeoffs founders face because we've made them.
Mac Dziedziela
CTO & Head of Technology
Mac Dziedziela is a technology executive and platform builder with over 24 years of experience designing, building, and scaling intelligent systems across startups, scale-ups, and enterprise environments.
He has built and exited multiple technology companies, including an AI-powered HR screening platform that scaled to over 390,000 users and a price intelligence platform serving luxury brands including Gucci Group. He led the development of Pottermore, the official digital experience for the Harry Potter universe by J.K. Rowling, reaching over 18 million users in its first six months. At Expedia, he built and launched localized platforms across four European markets serving over 78 million monthly users. At CIGNA, he delivered a health tech analytics platform deployed across more than 16 large U.S. corporations.
Most recently, Mac served as CTO of an AI-driven screening platform built on knowledge graphs, vector databases, and multi-agent systems, passing rigorous compliance audits and penetration testing. He has also served as a technology advisor to venture capital and private equity firms, conducting due diligence assessments on over 300 companies.
At Acceler8, Mac leads the technology strategy and AI automation systems that drive value creation across portfolio companies. His experience building platforms at scale, deploying AI in regulated environments, and leading global engineering teams makes him a critical part of how we modernize businesses and prepare them for exit.
John Conklin
Chief Development Officer
John Conklin is a senior operations executive with over 40 years of experience building, fixing, and scaling companies across industrial, commercial, and renewable energy sectors.
He has provided hands-on operational leadership to more than 50 companies, from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 corporations. His work covers the full range of what it takes to move a business from disorganized to sellable: redesigning processes, restructuring teams, installing accountability, and putting governance in place across every function.
John is a turnaround operator. He doesn't write reports from the outside. He goes inside the business, identifies what's broken, and fixes it. That includes organizational design, resource allocation, compliance, safety, HR, and the day-to-day execution challenges that keep owners stuck.
He has invented or co-invented more than 20 U.S. and international patent filings and developed over 20 trademark filings. He is also a licensed pilot.
At Acceler8, John leads the operational transformation work inside portfolio companies. Four decades of building and fixing businesses gave him something you can't learn from a textbook: a practical understanding of what it takes to move a company from founder-dependent to professionally managed.
Ketan Fichadia
Head of Financial Strategy
Ketan Fichadia is a licensed CPA (Virginia) and financial strategist with 20 years in corporate finance and 10 years in public accounting.
He has spent his career working through complex tax codes, conducting audits, and managing compliance across GAAP, IFRS, and federal accounting standards. His focus has always been the same: turning financial data into something leadership teams can actually use when making decisions.
On the corporate finance side, Ketan has helped companies find inefficiencies, tighten controls, and build reporting systems that give leadership real visibility into what is working and what is not. He knows where margin hides, where cash leaks, and what a clean set of books looks like to an acquirer.
At Acceler8, Ketan leads financial strategy and due diligence across portfolio companies. He breaks down financials, spots risk early, and builds the clean reporting frameworks that buyers and investors expect to see. That work is central to how we prepare businesses for growth, investment, or exit.
How we work differently
Partnership with alignment, not just advice from the sidelines.
We build inside the business
We don't advise from the sidelines. We roll up our sleeves and work alongside you, implementing real changes that stick.
We align economics with outcomes
We win when you win. Our compensation is tied to your success, not to billing hours or delivering slide decks.
We install structure that lasts
Everything we build is designed to outlast our engagement. Systems, teams, and processes that continue compounding after we're gone.
Most businesses don't struggle because of bad ideas, but because of weak systems, unclear structure, and poor execution.
