IT & Managed Services (MSPs)

MSPs are among the most attractive businesses in the lower middle market. High recurring revenue from monthly contracts. Sticky customers with 1 to 3 year agreements. Gross margins of 50 to 70%. And massive AI automation potential that most MSP owners haven't tapped yet.

If you're running an MSP with 150 to 500 endpoints, your MRR ratio should be above 80%. Your technicians should be working above 70%. No single client should represent more than 15% of revenue. If those numbers don't describe your business, there's a gap between what you have and what an acquirer would pay. We close that gap.
